The Federation’s Transformation Plan has been agreed by the Trust and forms the strategic planning for a three year period for the College, Catmose Primary and Harington. It is a full analysis of work undertaken by central services within the Federation, including Site and New Buildings, IT, Catering, Finance, Administration and HR. Within the document there is detailed information regarding senior staff, the governance structure and what the priorities and future plans of the Federation are. It is an honest appraisal of what is going well, what we need to improve further and how we intend to carry out this work and measure its success.
